Pulitzer chose Flexible Benefits after the annual employee survey showed that the existing package didn’t fully match what the team wanted. That was the moment to look for a solution where colleagues can choose what they need, and what they enjoy.
They found that solution in Alleo. The platform suits a diverse team, with people in different locations, roles, and with varied interests. Through a personal budget in the Alleo app, everyone has the freedom to choose for themselves. By now, 85% are active on the platform. “For us, that proves our people are really happy with it,” says Willemijn.

The app immediately got its own look and feel: existing initiatives were added so everything employees can use sits clearly in one place. A nice example is the name-mentioning benefit: extra budget when you’re mentioned in a positive guest review. Employees of the Quarter receive an additional reward on top.
