As a fast-growing digital agency, DEPT® saw that employee needs were evolving quickly, especially when it came to benefits. Even with an already broad offering, they wanted to go a step further and give employees more say over how their benefits worked.

That is why employees can have their vacation pay paid out flexibly via their personal account. They can arrange this themselves in the Alleo app, at any desired moment. Employees have the choice to receive a one-time payment or opt for a monthly payment.

Additionally, DEPT® employees can choose to use their vacation pay as extra budget for the Alleo marketplace, instead of receiving a payment into their bank account. This way, they can select additional benefits on top of the existing employee benefits at DEPT®.
